Giant Pandas are considered a national treasure of China. Unfortunately, these
animals are endangered. The people of China are working hard to stop them from
disappearing. Why are they endangered? What are the Chinese people ding to save
them?

First of all, I like pandas so much because they are cute of course! I have known the reason why the number of pandas is decreasing but I didn't know that Chinese people do activity like reforesting. I think this activity is great! And also I could get the information that the amount of tree cover has increased to 44 percent now. I think it is important to protect animals like giant pandas with everyone!

compete in sporting events. Over the centuries, the Olympic Games have developed
and changed, but the events are still quite similar. What kinds of events were
held at the original olympic? What was it like for the ancient Olympians?

I realized that the Olympic Games in acient Greece is quite different from now's one. I think old style of the Olympic Games in acient Greece is more dangerous than recent Olympic Games. I was impressed that there was only one winner for each events and I understand that why the people in the acient Greece were crazy for the Olympic Games.

After I read this book, I thought it is a big problem for people in the world to share a land among human and animals. I didn't know anything about blue cows. I was surprised that blue cows are not actually real cows and they are kinds of antelopes. Also I was surprised at the ending. The problem among the people in India and nilgai don't finish and continue still now!

Incubus

Let me introduce a music video. The band is called "Incubus," and the name of this song is "Dig". I like the gaiter line of this song! Actually I don't listen to them often but my friend. He loves this band since he was a junior in middle school. Apparently, his brother introduced him Incubus and he loved that. His favorite song is called "Drive" which is pretty famous those who like western rock music. No their music is no life for him! no, just kidding.haha
This song is about a story of love. A dancer discovers the importance of a relationship through the art of dance. But to me, it doesn't matter. I just like the melody. I hope you are going to like this band!

Next band I'm introducing you guys is called 311 (three-eleven). The genre of their songs is alternative rock so they can play hard rock and sometimes they play music like reggae. My favorite song is called "Amber." This song make me relaxed. I think it's real nice to listen to this song when it's summer. Hey Monday!

The title of this post is not meaning that today is Monday. I'm introducing you my favorite band, "Hey Monday". My friend gave me a compilation CD which is made by 22 songs. And a song by Hey Monday is in the CD! That song is called "How You Love Me Now". I think this band sounds like Paramore, and it's actually said they are so. If you like Paremore, I'm sure you like Hey Monday! Their songs make me kinda happy. I hope you like it!

Do you know "Superfly"? I like the music group so much! This song is named "Ai-ni-dakarete". In English name would be "With love". I think the vocal, Shiho Ochi is great and the greatest singer in Japan. This song is able to be separated ballade song. I had sung this for Yui, Yuki and Yumie in last summer because they had plans to go abroad to study. I recommend you this song! I want you to try to listen Superfly's music!

Coming-of-age day!

On January 8, I went back to Minamata by trains for the coming-of-age ceremony. In fact my mother misunderstood. She thought the ceremony would be held on January 10th! I was so surprised! I arrived to Minamata in the afternoon and went to the building where the ceremony is held to take part in a rehearsal because I had to sing Japanese national anthem in the ceremony! In the rehearsal, I had a chance to sing on the stage with my childhood friend who would sing the song with me. We both were nerves because we hardly sing any song recently but It was a nice rehearsal. After that, I went to my aunt's house to rent kimono from her. One of my friends named Erina brought me to her house by her own car. I really appreciated her! My kimino's color was red! It was the first time to see my kimono. Then I went to a hair salon to have a beauty care treatment and hair treatment. The beauty treatment made me so relaxed. I was happy to meet Maki-san who is a my favorite hairdresser.

On January 9, I woke up at 5:00a.m.! I overslept! I promised to go to the hair salon at 4:30a.m. At last I arrived there at 5:30a.m. The hairdressers helped me to wear kimono and made up. It was the first time for me to use a fake eyelash! After we finished everything, I went to photo studio with my parents and were taken some pictures. And then, my mother brought me to the place where the ceremony would be held. I met many old friends in the ceremony! I was a staff of he ceremony. The staffs gathered at 9:30 a.m. As soon as we met, we started to take many pictures because they had unusual looking. They all in kimono were so beautiful. We were so Japanese girls in the day! When I sang the national anthem on the stage, I was so nerves but it was going to be good I think. We enjoyed the ceremony so much!

Hey! I post a video of "Paramore"! This song is named "That's What You Get". I like Paramore so much! Before Chonchon recommended this band to me and I liked this band immediately! I think you are going to like this band immediately if you watch and listen to the video. I think the vocal, Hayley, is hot. And I think her voice is sounds like Avril Lavigne, right?? But I like better Hayley than Avril because she is almost same age as us! Yes, she was born in 1988. whatever!

The end days of the year

I went back to Minamata, my home town on December 30 by train. In the night, an alumni reunion was held in a pub where is so near to my house. The drinking party started at 7:00 p.m. I met my high school's friends after a little long time so we had many hugs and talking! One of my classmate brought his own camera. The camera is great one I have seen ever. In fact, the camera cost about 25 thousands yen but he told this was a secret. I took many pictures using his camera. It was quite difficult for me to focus the camera on objects but it was very interesting! I have been interested in a single-lens reflex camera before. After that, we went to Joyful and had more talking together!

On December 31, I did housework especially going to errands. I went to a supermarket with my brother by my mother's car to get beef for sukiyaki. My family annually eat sukiyaki together on the last day of the year. The sukiyaki was so delicious! We watched the Red and White New Year's Eve singing contest while we ate dinner. When the time changed new year, I was a only person who awake in my family!haha I wake my mother and ate toshikoshi-soba together.

December 24th

This day is Christmas! Merry Christmas! A Christmas party was held in the dorm in this day. Ian and Jonah made a roasted turkey! The turkey was awsome! It was the first time for me to eat roasted turkey so I felt happy. I was just like thatI was in other country because of the atmosphere in the party!

December 20th

This day is Eri's birthday! Happy Birthday, Eri! Yusen's birthday is the next day so we held a birthday party in teikoku-yakiniku. There were many many people, Ayano, Eri, Narisa, Mira, Yusen, Clark, Meaoun, Pudding, Yuna, Chonchon and I. We ate, ate, ate and ate as usual! Ayano, Narisa, Eri and I made a birthday card for Yusen before. When we gave Yusen the birthday card, Yusen was really pleased with the card so we were very happy to see Yusen's smiling face! After enjoying yakiniku perfectly, we went to the dorm and enjoyed talking together. Ayano made soft chocolate for everyone especially Eri and Yusen. Ayano's chocolate was so delicious! I want her to make it only for me next my birthday. We had a great time!
